1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Better With Age Academy (“the Academy”, “we”, “us”, “our”), an online course delivered through betterwithageacad.com and its course platform. By purchasing or accessing the Academy, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Who can enrol

 

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Academy. By enrolling, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Your account

When you enrol, you’ll create an account with a username and password. You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Don’t share your account with anyone else — each enrollment is for one person only.

4. What you get

Upon successful payment, you receive lifetime access to all 20 modules and 60 topics within the Academy, viewable on any device. “Lifetime” means for as long as the Academy continues to operate. We aim to maintain the platform indefinitely, but cannot guarantee perpetual availability.

5. Payment

The Academy is a one-time payment of USD $139 (or such other amount as advertised at the time of purchase). Payment is processed securely through PayPal via Kajabi. All sales are subject to our refund policy (see Section 6).

6. Refunds

7-day money-back guarantee. If the Academy isn’t right for you, email us at team@betterwithageacad.com within 7 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

After 7 days, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

To request a refund, please include your full name, the email address you used at checkout, and (optionally) a brief note about why the course wasn’t a good fit. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content — videos, audio, documents, graphics, written material — is the intellectual property of Better With Age Academy and is protected by copyright. You may view and use the content for your own personal learning. You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell any course content
• Record, download, or screenshot lessons for redistribution
• Use the content to create competing courses
• Share your account login with others

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Academy or its associated services. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

• Attempting to access other users’ accounts
• Disrupting the platform’s functionality
• Using the content for any illegal purpose
• Posting offensive, harmful, or unlawful content in any community area

9. Disclaimers

The Academy provides general educational information and is not a substitute for professional advice. In particular:

• Health information: Lessons covering health, fitness, nutrition, and wellness are for educational purposes only and are not medical advice. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, exercise, or medical care.

• Financial information: Lessons covering budgeting, investing, retirement planning, and estate planning are for educational purposes only and are not financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or solicitor before making financial decisions.

• Technology guidance: Software, apps, and online services change over time. While we keep lessons current, specific steps may vary by device, software version, or platform.

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes — your results depend on your own actions and circumstances.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better With Age Academy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Academy. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms — particularly Sections 7 (intellectual property) or 8 (acceptable use). In cases of serious breach, no refund will be issued regardless of the timing of the breach.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Academy after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes to refund policy, payment terms, or your rights will be communicated by email to registered customers.

 

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
